Complaints against Swedac
Formal complaints against Swedac, should include a detailed explanation of what the complaint is regarding.
The complaint is registered and the legal department of Swedac will assess the complaint and, if deemed necessary, take appropriate measures in response to the complaint.
Complaints against an accredited or a notified body
Before submitting a complaint against an accredited body or a notified body, you should submit the complaint to the company which the complaint is aimed at.
If you are not satisfied with the response from the company you can submit a formal complaint to Swedac. Swedac will investigate the complaint which, in some cases, may lead to a withdrawal of the accreditation or notification. However, Swedac does not review the technical assessment performed nor try a civil litigation regarding, for example, financial compensation.
